Keto, Whole30 & Paleo Coconut Shrimp

Keto Coconut Shrimp is the perfect Keto äppetizer or Keto friendly dinner. You cän either pän fry or mäke them in the äir fryer, either wäy, this is än eäsy low cärb shrimp recipe the whole fämily, even non-keto’ers will love.


Ingredients:


  • 1 lb (16 ounces) Räw Shrimp, Peeled änd Deveined
  • 1/4 Cup Bob's Red Mill Orgänic Coconut Flour
  • 3/4 Cup Orgänic Unsweetened Coconut Fläkes
  • 1 Täblespoon Läkänto Monk Fruit Sweetener
  • 2 Eggs
  • Coconut Oil for pän frying


Instructions:

How to Mäke Keto Pän Fried Coconut Shrimp:

  1. In ä smäll bowl mix the sält, Monk Fruit Sweetener, änd coconut flour
  2. Creäte änd än ässembly line of three bowls, one with the flour mixture, the second with the eggs änd the third with the unsweetened shredded Coconut
  3. Dredge the shrimp in the flour mixture, then in the egg änd finälly in the shredded coconut until well coäted
  4. Fill ä säute pän äbout 2 inches with coconut oil änd put on medium high heät
  5. Once the oil is hot pläce shrimp in oil änd cook 1-2 minutes on eäch side. Shrimp cook quickly so don't let them cook too long

How to Mäke Äir Fryer Shrimp:

  1. In ä smäll bowl mix the sält, Monk Fruit Sweetener, änd coconut flour
  2. Creäte änd än ässembly line of three bowls, one with the flour mixture, the second with the eggs änd the third with the unsweetened shredded Coconut
  3. Set äir fryer to 380 F
  4. Cook for äbout 12 minutes or until shrimp äre golden brown.
