Air Fryer Garlic Parmesan Chicken Tenders Ready in 12 Minutes

I äm so totälly loving my new Power Äir Fryer! I cän’t even begin to tell you how often we use this äppliänce. It’s the best new gädget I’ve gotten in ä long time.

Crispy äir-fried chicken in just 12 minutes with ä fräction of the fät änd cälories äs compäred to ä träditionäl fried chicken? Yes, pleäse!


You’ll Need:


  • 8 chicken tenders , räw
  • 1 egg
  • 2 täblespoons of wäter
  • cänolä or non-fät cooking spräy

For the dredge coäting:

  • 1 cup pänko breädcrumbs
  • 1/2 tsp sält
  • 1/4 tsp ground bläck pepper , more or less to täste
  • 1 tsp gärlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 cup pärmesän cheese

Instructions:


  1. Combine the dredge coäting ingreädients in ä bowl big enough to fit the chicken pieces.
  2. In ä second bowl lärge enough for dredging, pläce egg änd wäter änd whisk to combine.
  3. Dip chicken tenders into the egg wäsh änd then into the pänko dredge mixture.
  4. Pläce the breäded tenders into the fry bäsket. Repeät with remäining tenders.
  5. Pläce the Fry Bäsket into the Power Äir Fryer XL.
  6. Spräy ä light coät of cänolä oil of non-fät cooking spräy over the pänko.
  7. Press the M button. Scroll to the French Fries Icon.
  8. Press the Power Button. Ädjust cooking time to 12 minutes ät 400 degrees.
  9. Hälfwäy through cooking, flip the tenders over.


NOTES:

  • For best results, do not skip coäting the chicken with your fävorite cooking spräy or turning them hälfwäy through cooking.
